If your state aren't emissions nazi's, im all about a free flowing exhaust... no precats, no cats ,etc.. Since you plan on sticking with your stock turbos for a while, I would lean my mods towards maximizing a setup around the turbos.. SZ 4bolt down pipes, SZ 3"test pipes,etc...then save, an plan your mod adventure from there.. ie: selin dual pop with translator, 740+cc injectors, ecu upgrade,intercoolers,etc... to start...
